Each room at the resort is designed to comfortably accommodate up to two guests (except room K1). Please be aware that occupancy beyond this number may significantly restrict space, resulting in a cramped room.

 

Guaranteed Reservation

 

In general, If guests stay at an incorrect quantity of the reservation , we charge based on the amount of the reservation. Do not allow an extra person to stay in a resort in any case.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

• Once a reservation has been confirmed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Once a reservation has been confirmed, guests are unable to reduce the duration of their stay or reduce the number of reserved rooms.

• If you do not stay as defined, the resort is considered that you do not stay at all and you cannot get a refund

 

Change and reschedule

 

• Guests may reschedule their check-in date once, provided that the resort is notified at least 7 days prior to the original arrival date.

Child Policy

 

• Age 0-4 years: One child stays free of charge when using an existing bed (without adding any additional items)

• Children aged 5-9 years and under 120 cm: One child sharing the existing bed (without adding any additional items) is charged THB 200 per night per room for breakfast.

• Age 5-9 years & over 120 cm: One child requires an extra mattress at THB 900/night/room.

• In case stay 4 pax (2 adults + 2 children aged 1-9 years & under 120 cm): An additional charge of THB 1100/night/room applies, which includes an extra mattress and breakfast.

• Guests aged 10 years and older: Considered as adults and must use an extra mattress at THB 900/night/room.

• 1 room can add 1 extra mattress (except room no. D13 D14 D15 K3 K4 K5)

 

Restrictions

 

• The room rate excludes the national park entrance fee, which is 200 THB per person for foreigners and 40 THB per person for Thais

• Do not bring food with strong odors, such as seafood or durian, into the rooms, as the resort's hilly location may attract ants and insects. Water is permitted (Penalty charge minimum 2,000 THB)

• Do not bring outside food and beverage into the restaurant area or the beach. Violators will incur a minimum fine of 2,000 THB.

• Any kind of cooking is not allowed within the rooms and the surrounding resort area.

• Pets of any kind are not allowed on Koh Samet as per national park regulations. If violated, the resort will refuse accommodation, and guests will not be eligible for a refund.

• Smoking is not allowed in the room.(Penalty charge 2,000 THB)

• Gambling or illegal things are not allowed in the resort.

• Our resort does not allow you to make noise or do anything that disturbs others. Please keep in mind the other guests that want to rest and avoid making noise from 23.00 onward.

• Banphe - Koh Samed: 12.00 hrs. (Departure) Please check in no later than 11.45 hrs. The boat leaves on time.

• Koh Samed - Banphe: 10.30 hrs and 14.00 hrs. (Departure). Please inform the receptionist before the check out date.
